Morphy Richards 48268 Breadmaker Stainless Steel ‘Need to Knows’
The Morphy Richards 48268 allows you to easily make a 2 lb loaf by placing the ingredients in a bread pan before letting it automatically mix, knead prove and bake the loaf itself. You can even alter the settings to tell the 48268 how you prefer your crust: light; medium or dark!
It has a unique blade that folds down during the baking process to prevent that rather unfunctional hole in the middle of your bread that some other bread makers leave. There are a large number of bakery items that can be made with the Morphy Richards 48268 bread maker from breads and doughts, to even jam. Although we haven’t tested this one ourselves, the reviews seem promising.
This breadmaker makes a refreshing change from the mass of plain white appliances on the market and we love it’s stainless steel design. You can see why many love to leave it displayed on their kitchen worktop as opposed to hiding it away in a cupboard. This is one of the reasons that the 48268 bread maker has propelled itself to the number 3 bestseller in the UK. No doubt the cheap price of also plays a large part!
